This group offers young adults with autism and ADHD a 16 week, evidence based intervention to help young adults develop the social skills necessary to form friendships and romantic relationships.  Young adults attend the group with a social coach (parent, friend, sibling) who learns strategies to effectively support their partner.   

Student Profile: Young adults between 18-25 who are highly motivated to learn new skills and are willing to do weekly “homework” to practice their skills.  Good language and cognition.
Prerequisites: Willingness to participate in a screening process to determine suitability.  Ability for both participant and social coach to attend all 16 sessions.
Parent group: Parent or social coach attends a separate class
Length: 16 weeks
Time: Thursdays from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Tuition: $3,000.00
Date: Beginning early/mid February
